Just add spare key to w169 worked 10 minutes
password calculating 1 min
and a key of 3 button worked ( car have a 2 button key)

I have had vvdi mb for about 10 months have loved it.
It does everything that it says it can do, and haven't had any real problems.

Will mb tool renew used EIS for 221 and fix it to another car?

If you have uesd/2nd-hand EIS with working key,you can do like this for W221 all key lost
1.read all key lost EIS data-> save EIS data
2.read used EIS data enter password,get erase password->renew used EIS.
3.load step1 EIS data to renewed EIS with password->write EIS data
4.load EIS data(with key password)->prepare key file
5.input new key to device IR reader->load key file->write
6.insert new key to EIS->EIS will learn the new key->key learn success

I can not register a key in a Mercedes w220, please help

For those old K line EIS, if software cannot read key password directly, have to remove the EIS and soldering to read the eeprom by programmer(VVDI prog),
after that load the eeprom to prepare key file and make new keys
